Me and My grandma has been living here for a long time. No one rolled out the red carpet like Misha! I’m proud to be a resident here at Ashland Commons. Misha is so attentive and Briana is always a friendly face. Thanks ladies for all you do.

This is the perfect place to call home! The neighbors are friendly, the grounds are always beautiful, and the atmosphere is so welcoming. It really feels like a community here. I couldn’t ask for a better place to live!

Ashland Commons is definitely the place to Call Home. Misha an Briana are Awesome!! Go talk to them if you're looking for a New Resident. You want be disappointed.

This is by far the best apartment complex I've ever lived in! The maintenance team is always quick to respond, the neighbors are super friendly, and the amenities are top-notch. It truly feels like home here, and I couldn’t ask for a better place to live!

Ashland Commons - Misha and Briana has made moving an amazing experience for me. I’m from a little small town and moving to Columbia was something a little big for me. From the day I met Misha and Briana they said everything was going to be ok and everything has been just that. Experience, knowledge, respectful and understanding. I love the area, the space and always know they are just a email away. If you are considering moving and as nervous as I was, I highly recommend Ashland Commons Apartments. Thanks for all your hard work and making sure my family has been comfortable with our relocation.

So I moved into my apartment at the beginning of March. The process to getting started was very professional and welcoming ! The management team, Misha and Briana were so helpful, supportive, and genuine in making my move so easy. The maintenance team is also outstanding. I’ve only had to call them once and they responded right away. The area is quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend here as a place to live!!!!!

It's such a peaceful and safe place, and the location couldn’t be more convenient. The amenities are fantastic, and the staff always goes above and beyond to help. It really feels like home!

Where do I start, I have been here for 3 and half years and since the new owners have taken over they have been great. The property managers Misha and Briana have listen to all my concerns and maintenance have fulfilled my requests in such a timely manner. They have events for the tenants here at the apartments such as school giveaways, Muffins for Mom and Pastries for Pops. Staying here has been a great experience,and it's a great environment for my kids to play safe with no trouble in or around the complex.

This apartment complex exudes a calm and friendly feel. Bright, open, and incredibly comfortable, the apartments are beautifully built and offer excellent amenities. The management team is amazing; they are always friendly and willing to help with anything. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a comfortable home, as it is the ideal balance of comfort and convenience!
