The management team ensures that everything goes without a hitch. I would absolutely suggest it to anyone searching for a stress-free living environment because it truly seems like home!

I really feel at home here! The apartment layout is just perfect, and the grounds are always neat and tidy. The location couldn’t be better—everything I need is so close by. Plus, the neighbors are friendly, and I always feel safe and comfortable in the community.

Misha has been a delight to work with over the past few weeks when it came to the moving process. She answered all of our questions thoroughly gave us any advice that we needed regarding the leasing process. She worked with us on our moving situations not all why not being aggravated about our questions (because we had a lot 🤣🤣.) Reassured us about a lot of things that we were skeptical about when it came to our opinions on how we were treated by other apartments. Honestly has probably been the best management office that I have dealt with when it came to apartment complexes. She worked around our schedule to let us tour the apartment that we wanted to move into. If I had to deal with anyone when it came to questions about apartment complexes or moving into an environment, where you had to deal with management, I would choose her without any hesitation.

I honestly couldn’t be happier living here! The apartments are spacious and feel so modern, and it’s clear they’re well-maintained. The community is peaceful and welcoming, and the amenities make daily life so much easier. Plus, the management team is always friendly and quick to help. Highly recommend!

From the short time I‘ve been here so far, it’s been a great and peaceful experience. Since the day I applied, Misha has always been very professional and understanding. Anytime I’ve ever contacted the office, she’s been quick to respond almost immediately. Maintenance always comes when needed. She’s made me and my children feel comfortable and safe from day 1 with my decision to live here. Misha’s very familiar with all the residents and always caring and more than willing to work with you when it comes to financial mishaps.

Ashland commons is a very nice and Quiet neighborhood it’s worth the stay I been here 8 months And MISHA is so sweet and very understanding whenever there’s a problem she right on it any issues she gone handle it with no hesitation, she’s very great with communication so if u looking for a place don’t Hesitate MISHA will get you right

I worked with Ms. Misha Lewis. Probably one of the most nicest people I’ve ever worked with. She was very kind and knowledgeable, also very persistent and prompt with responding to any concerns I had. When she didn’t have what I was looking for she referred me to one of their sister properties and assisted me until I signed my lease. 10/10 definitely recommend.

Love Mrs Misha!!! Helped us when we moved from out of town. Quiet apartments! Never been in a neighborhood that cut grass every week.

Great place
