I honestly couldn’t be happier living here! The apartments are spacious and feel so modern, and it’s clear they’re well-maintained. The community is peaceful and welcoming, and the amenities make daily life so much easier. Plus, the management team is always friendly and quick to help. Highly recommend!

From the short time I‘ve been here so far, it’s been a great and peaceful experience. Since the day I applied, Misha has always been very professional and understanding. Anytime I’ve ever contacted the office, she’s been quick to respond almost immediately. Maintenance always comes when needed. She’s made me and my children feel comfortable and safe from day 1 with my decision to live here. Misha’s very familiar with all the residents and always caring and more than willing to work with you when it comes to financial mishaps.

Ashland commons is a very nice and Quiet neighborhood it’s worth the stay I been here 8 months And MISHA is so sweet and very understanding whenever there’s a problem she right on it any issues she gone handle it with no hesitation, she’s very great with communication so if u looking for a place don’t Hesitate MISHA will get you right

I worked with Ms. Misha Lewis. Probably one of the most nicest people I’ve ever worked with. She was very kind and knowledgeable, also very persistent and prompt with responding to any concerns I had. When she didn’t have what I was looking for she referred me to one of their sister properties and assisted me until I signed my lease. 10/10 definitely recommend.

Love Mrs Misha!!! Helped us when we moved from out of town. Quiet apartments! Never been in a neighborhood that cut grass every week.

I have been living here for almost 5 months and I just want to brag on Misha. She has been so understanding and responsive. Anytime, I reach out she follows up in a timely manner. I appreciate her efforts tremendously.

This has been by far one of the most smoothest application process ever. Misha Lewis is extremely professional, courteous and personable. She definitely goes the extra mile to make sure that you are satisfied and meets residents/future residents with compassion and understanding. Thank you Misha for all that you do to keep this community a beautiful place!

This is a really quiet and beautiful place to live. Miss Tye Corley was very enthusiastic to help me. Thank you so much ! Update: I have been here for about 2 week. This apartment is much better than I have though. So private and everybody here are so nice . Especially, Miss Tye Corley. She alway reply my e-mail immediately and guild me everything to move-in smoothest. Thank you so much agian !
